The Pesto's Yet to Come


  • Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log
  • Pesto, premade (or make your own!)
  • Pinenuts, chopped


  1. Take Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese out of the fridge, remove it from its packaging and allow it to temper on a serving dish. Once tempered, use your hands to create a round mound of rich and creamy goat cheese. Create a divot in the center of the mound, to hold the pesto.
  2. Add pesto to the divot.
  3. Chop pine nuts, then sprinkle on top of goat cheese and pesto.
  4. Serve with crackers, crostinis, pretzels or raw vegetable sticks.
