Ingredients
- 2 cups Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 1 mound pizza dough (use your own recipe or purchase a premade dough from the grocery store)
- 2 peaches
- 1 red onion
- ¼ cup basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Combine honey and balsamic vinegar in a saucepan to prepare the reduction. Heat over high, until simmering, then reduce to low until liquid has reduced to about 1/3 cup. Remove from heat, allow to cool, and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 500° F.
- While the oven heats, shred Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced red onion and peaches. Thinly slice basil and set aside.
- Roll out a tennis ball sized mound of pizza dough, until ¼” thick and shaped into a circle.
- Brush olive oil over pizza crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, then red onions and peaches. Sprinkle with Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese Crumbles.
- Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes, until the pizza crust is golden. Remove from oven and top with basil and drizzle with honey balsamic reduction.
