Goats on a Log

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log
  • 1 celery stalk

Fun toppings

  • granola blueberries
  • dried cranberries
  • drizzle of honey
  • raisins
  • mixed nuts

Directions

  1. Cut celery stalk into 3” long pieces.
  2. Spread Woolwich Dairy goat cheese onto each piece.
  3. Eat plain, or top with your favourite healthy ingredients, like granola, blueberries, dried cranberries, honey, raisins or mixed nuts.
Tip: Parents, this is a great alternative to the peanut butter-based ‘Ants on a Log’ recipe we grew up with. Since it’s nut-free it’s school friendly for lunches!
