1. Remove a cold Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log from its packaging. It’s important to work with cold cheese, so it’s firmer and holds its shape.
2. Garnish goat cheese log with fresh basil, pressing basil into cheese to create a green pattern. Tip: you can use whichever fresh “leafy” fresh herb you prefer! Or, try it with edible flowers!
3. Create visual interest on your cheeseboard, by slicing the goat cheese log into a few pieces, and arranging each piece on a different angle. We love slicing and stacking our goat cheese logs for a simple, yet beautiful plating arrangement.
