Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Zest from half a lemon
- 1 (113 g) Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese Log
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chives, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
- 8 poached eggs
- Spicy sauce (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon zest, goat cheese, yogurt, chives, and dill. Season.
- Serve with the poached eggs and your side of choice.
