Goat Cheese Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 300g
    Woolwich Dairy Chevrai Honey Vanilla goat cheese
  • 1 tub (8oz)
    Frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup
    Yogurt, any flavour
  • 1 tsp
    Fresh lemon zest, grated
  • 1/2 cup
    Icing sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well blended, light and fluffy.

 

Serve with seasonal fruit or cookies.
