Lemon Chevrai Crepes

Ingredients

  • 4
    6 inch prepared crepes
  • 1 oz
    Honey Ridge Farms Lemon Honey Crème, warmed with 1 tablespoon water
  • Sprinkle
    Confectioners' Sugar
  • 4oz
    Woolwich Dairy Original Chevrai

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place 2 ounces goat cheese onto center of each crepe; drizzle cheese with warmed lemon honey creme.  Fold crepes into desired shape, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake in oven just long enough to warm through.  To serve, sprinkle with lemon zest and sift powdered sugar over top.

Makes 4 crepes
